Wherever possible we locally source produce, handpick vegetables and herbs from our garden, use our own eggs from chickens on site and make jams and preserves from our fruit trees.

There are many dining options available to enjoy the meticulous menu in which everything, where possible, is made fresh from scratch, including the popular house-baked ciabatta.
You may choose to join guests in the main dining room or reserve an elegant private dining room, or perhaps dine in your suite or on the terrace overlooking the lake on a warm evening.
