About the Event
Join special guests Clive Weston, Managing Director of Negociants and owners Annette Munday and Matiu Hudson of Ohiwa Black Diamond Truffles in an intimate evening of delicious food, champagne and storytelling.
Negociants New Zealand is one of New Zealand's leading fine wine merchants, distributing many of New Zealand's most celebrated wines, as well as prestigious imported brands from Australia and the world to the licenced trade. Showcasing tonight is one of their many famous brands: Bollinger
Champagne Bollinger was founded in 1829 and still is independently owned and managed by the family. It was the first House to establish and publicise its own Charter of Ethics and Quality, a guarantee of outstanding quality and consistency.
Ohiwa Black Diamond Truffles are located on the Ohiwa Harbour, in the beautiful sunny Eastern Bay of Plenty, New Zealand.
Their truffles are grown in unique volcanic soils on oak and hazel nut trees.
The truffiere has been producing Black Périgord Truffles for over 18 years and produces more Black Périgord truffle per hectare than any other truffiere in New Zealand.
